Cancelling Policy

At Grace Threading we understand life happens

We are committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere. The following cancellation policies are intended to help everyone’s experience at Grace Threading.


We understand that we’re all human and sometimes it’s unavoidable. Depending on the duration of your tardiness we will gladly take you for your services and do our best to give you a relaxing experience with the time remaining for an abbreviated service at full service price.


Rescheduling is always advised when things get complicated. All we ask is that you kindly adjust your appointment time more than 6 hours in advance (based on your scheduled appointment) and within 7 days of your current appointment. This will avoid a 25% service fee based on your ticket total.


We will be happy to see you when it’s more convenient for you. Please be advised that cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee- based on your ticket total.


WIthout prior notification, we are unable to utilize the time for clients on our waiting list. Since we reserve the time especially for you, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.

All services over $20 require a credit card when booking an appointment. No charges will be incurred unless one of the aforementioned situations occurs. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment- as we do not have the card readily available at check out.
