Grace Threading Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your Grace Threading  membership. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all members, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Members may cancel their membership at any time during the membership period. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.

Cancellation Process: Members must submit a written cancellation request or in person at the Grace Threading  reception desk. The request must include the member’s full name, contact information, and membership details.

Effective Date of Cancellation: The cancellation will be effective 30 days from the date the Grace Threading  receives the cancellation request. During this period, the member will still have access to membership benefits.

Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, the member will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of their membership. You can use your membership till the end of the term.

Outstanding Balances: Members must settle any outstanding balances on their account before the cancellation is finalized. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or collection proceedings.

Reactivation: Should a member wish to reactivate their membership after cancellation, they may be subject to a reactivation fee and any changes in membership terms or pricing that have occurred since their cancellation.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or relocation, the Grace Threading  management may consider waiving the cancellation policy. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Changes to the Policy: The Grace Threading  reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through posted notices within the Grace Threading membership page.

By signing up for a Grace Threading  membership, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
